since the state pays for my membership via this service, I have a
personal account on aol. One of the advantages is the nice interface to
the net and the listservs not available on the services available
through the office. Indeed there will be an occasional stupid
message, but I do not believe it is limited to aol and I think the
message to get rid of the "great unwashed" of aol should have been
reviewed before transmission.
