        Law-lib members:

        If you are e-mailing to Newt, or any other well known public
figure <like a well-known radio talkshow host> who has immediate and
profound access to the media, *and* you are accessing the Internet from a
public institution, I recommend you choose your words and message with
great care. It is possible that your e-mail posting could be used for
purposes contrary to what you intended. Other negative ramifications
could come down on you that you might not expect.
        E-mailing from a publicly funded source is like a letter with
your institution's letterhead... in my opinion.
