LEXIS-NEXIS Questionnaire

I received a questionnaire from LEXIS-NEXIS asking me what aspects of
their customer service are most valuable to me. Does anyone have any
opinion or suspicion what the purpose of the questionnaire might be? Is
"Quality of Assistance," for example, more important than "Unlimited Usage?"
What are they up to?
