I am a technical/law librarian for a County Public Works Department and am de
veloping a legal research program for non-legal engineering supoort personnel.
Does anybody have any suggestions, information about developing legal research
 programs? Has anybody developed a similar program?

Also, does anyone know if Books in Print and Ullrichs are on the Internet.
