Need MARC records to download for RECON project

I am doing retrospective conversion on 700+- law titles and need to find
a free or inexpensive way to access and download MARC records matching
titles in our collection. Does anybody have any ideas? Can I do this
from any public access catalogs? such as Library of Congress or other large
library catalogs available on the net? AI plan to inmport MARC records into
Inmagic but cannot afford to fpay for the info. - unless it is inexpensive.
