Can anyone convince me that I should spend $111 for the 1994 "paperback
distillation of the classic and definintive 3 vol. treatise" of Folk on
the Del. General Corp Law? Interestingly, the publisher states that this
distillation is part of the subscription and then sends a $111 bill. As
far as I can tell, it does not update the set in any way. In fact, the
set was updated Oct. 17 by way of a looseleaf release.
