Apparently there are statistics for the "Rate of Decline" of
real property values somewhere. The IRS likes to quote from
them, however, I have not been able to locate a source for
these statistics. Has anyone run across this type of
information. If so, would you give me the source. We're
trying to use these figures in the settlement of an estate
so we're looking at the years 1991 to 1993.
