Pursuant to article 509 of NAFTAA, Mexico can issue advance rulings concerning
exports. Does anyone know if a Mexico government agency has been assigned
this task/responsibility, and if any procedures are in place ? I've tried
Lexis and Westlaw searches, and can find mention made of the procedure
but no evidence that there is a formal procedure in place. Any assistance
is appreciated!
