I quickly need any expalnatory material or instructions for filling out
Item 6 on the HSR notification and report form. My copy of "Acquisitions
under the H-S-R Antitrust Improvement Act" is missing and I don't know
where else this kind of material is/was published. I haven't found it in BNA
or CCH Trade publications. Was something in the Fed.Register? Help!
