One of our lawyers will be giving a speech on sexual harassment. He wants
to
illustrate how acceptable behavior has changed, especially in light of the
Harris Fork Lift case, by using a quote that goes something like:
"There's no
harm in asking" or "it's OK to ask." He thinks Justice Holmes wrote in an
opinion dealing with prostitution or solicitation.

I've checked the _Oxford Legal Quotations_, searched Lexis in the US file
for
writtenby(holmes) and various combinations of ask, prostitution,
solicitation,
etc.

Any ideas for identifying the quote? Or, for an alternate quote?
