Internet discussion list: LAWLIBREF-L

LAWLIBREF-L is intended to relieve the LAWLIB listserv of reference type
queries. The aim is to establish a discussion listserv for reference
librarians working in law libraries. Content will include reference queries
(U.S. Federal and State Law emphasis) and reference issues (policy, collection
development, resource sharing, etc.).
LAWLIBREF-L is a listserv managed list, so normal subscription requests apply.
TO SUBSCRIBE, send a message to listserv@acc.wuacc.edu with the body containing
the command:
subscribe lawlibref-l your firstname lastname
[EXAMPLE: subscribe lawlibref-l lissa holzhausen]
TO UNSUBSCRIBE, send a message to listserv@acc.wuacc.edu with the body
containing the command:
unsubscribe lawlibref-l your firstname lastname
[EXAMPLE: unsubscribe lawlibref-l lissa holzhausen]
***DO NOT send command messages to lawlibref-l but to the computer which
controls the list: listserv@acc.wuacc.edu
***ONLY mail (email messages and postings) are sent to: lawlibref-l
For technical information concerning the listserv, send a command to
listserv@acc.wuacc.edu with the body containing the word: help
You will be directed to a topic list of commands.
Specific commands sent to the listserv (example: help) will generate response
messages from the listserv system. Selected commands follow:
Send a mail message to listserv@acc.wuacc.edu and include in the body any one of
these command lines:
set lawlibref-l mail ack
---IMPORTANT! Sends you your own copy of your posting to the listserv
set lawlibref-l mail postpone
---Stops incoming listserv messages
