Hi Law-Libbers-
I have been asked to find a publication listing government contractors
called "source 1". I have searched RLIN and MELVYL to no avail. I
contacted the Small Business Administration, and they told me about an
on-line system called PASS (Procurement Automated Source System).
Unfortunately, you have to apply for use, and the person in charge is on
vacation!
Does anyone out there have "Source 1", or access to PASS?
