We are currently receiving supplements to our statutes through a book
jobber. We have not been satisfied with the service. Most of the statutes
are published my Michie. We are thinking of dropping the jobber and going
directly to Michie.

Before we do so, we are interested in finding out the quality of Michie's
support. Do they send monthly invoices similar to West Publishing? Is
Customer Service helpful? Do they invoice for items they have never sent?
Any input you can give us would be much appeciated.
