In July there was some discussion concerning the use of Procite
for the creation of faculty and other bibliographies. We are considering
Procite, and I have had a lengthy discussion with the Publisher of the
software concerning its strengths and limitations. It appears that
Procite is not designed to format in Bluebook citation form or to allow
transfer of records from Westlaw and Lexis. We would like to hear from
anyone who is using Procite as to whether these possible limitations are a
problem and concerning any experiences with Procite or other software.
Also, if anyone is willing to share a copy or a partial copy of a faculty
or other bibliography produced using Procite, we would appreciate the
opportunity to review your publication. Responses may be sent to me at the
various addresses listed below. Thank you for your assistance.
