I received a fax from the Administrative Office of the United States
Courts that mentions an "excellent paper prepared by Judge patrick E.
Higginbotham, chair, and Dean Edward Cooper, reporter to the Advisory
Committee on Civil Rules, that summarizes the amendments to the Federal
Rules of Civil Procedure. This paper recently was sent to all district
court clerks."
Well, it wasn't (apparently). While I realize I could call the
Administrative Office, I thought this was a good opportunity to post a
question (you know, justification for the technology...) and see if
anyone has received or obtained this "paper." I will pay for any costs
involved to get a copy. Thanks!
