Greetings from Rochester,
Though we are not well equipped to handle law related questions,
our patrons will occasionally come up with questions we can
almost answer.
One of our graduate students is working on a paper tying
corporate funding of research institutions to the existence of
an investment tax credit. We have been able to use West's Federal
Tax Regulations to verify the existence of the credit, but we don't
know where to find a compilation of past corporate tax rates.
Can anyone suggest such a work, or suggest another source
we might try ?
