This message is posted at the request of Hawaii State Supreme Ct. Law
Librarian, Ann Koto:
Has anyone ever heard of a company called Timeline Publishing Co. in
Bellevue, WA? They are apparently offering electronic access to U.S.
Supreme Court, U. S. Circuit Courts, and state appellate courts decisions
at a much lower rate than LEXIS or WESTLAW. The target subscribers are
smaller law firms who can't afford the 2 major online vendors of court
decisions.
The Hawaii Supreme Ct. was approached for rights to place their appellate
decisions online with this company, but we have not been able to find any
information in the professional literature about them. We would
appreciate any information, good or otherwise, about this vendor.
Thank you.
