Very interesting post, Tuesday from Paul Richert re Wall St Jnl article on
ABA accreditation.
Two questions arise:
1. Does anyone know if/where/how I can access full text of that
article on the net?
2. Does anyone know of other, similar, authoritative argument about the
equivalence of electronic resources vis a vis hard copy? I guess we all
have similar problems convincing reverend gentlemen whose own training and
life's work was accomplished before the advent of electronic resources
that being able to call up the text of statutes and cases on the little
glowing screen is the equivalent of being able to pull them down on our
heads from a high shelf.
