According to West's _Uniform Laws Annotated_, Louisiana has adopted some of
the articles of the UCC, as follows:
"Louisiana adopted only Articles 1, 1990 Revision of Article 3, 1990
Amendments to Article 4, 4A (Funds Transfers), 5, 7, 1977 Revision of
Article 8, and 1972 Revision of Article 9; Repealed the Louisiana Bulk
Sales Act which had not been an adoption of, nor in comformity with
Article 6 of the Code, and did not adopt any new provisions relating to
Bulk Sales."
This is from the 1993 Master Ed. Pamphlet (which we received in
May), so it should be current.
