Can anyone tell me if there is a legal requirement for maintaining
our collection of teh Official Gazette - Trademarks?
Our library is in a space crunch (whose isn't?) and I would like
to discard all but the last 3 years' worth of issues. Since there
are Depository libraries near, and the information could be gotten
through ILL, etc., it seems to me that we could discard these
old issues without any problem.
However, if it would be a flagrant violation of a recordkeepign
requirement, I would find the space.
