Our Manuscript department here at West Publishing asked me to post
the following message in response:
Pursuant to a message on the Internet from a customer requesting
a copy of an opinion, West obtained a copy from the court and it
is now available on WESTLAW. The decision is Pic-A-State v.
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, 1993 WL 325539.
We are always willing to consider adding cases and other materials
to WESTLAW at the request of our users, though of course there are
limitations on our ability to honor all requests.
