INT-LAW Internet Hunt

(this is being forwarded from INT-LAW@UMINN1.BITNET (or
INT-LAW@vm1.spcs.umn.edu) to the LAW-LIB, TEKNOIDS, LAWSCH-L, LIS-LAW &
EURO-LEX lists for those subscribers who might be interested in
participating in the Hunt). The deadline for submitting answers to
me, including how (Veronica, Archie, Gopher, WAIS, etc.) and where
(names of gophers, & specific resources, etc.) on the Internet the
answers where found, is Thursday, September 9th.

I got the idea for a hunt for foreign and international materials
on the Internet from a general hunt that's
done every month by Rick Gates and posted on lists such as PACS-L,
LIBREF-L & NETTRAIN. Basically, questions are posted. Answers are to
be found using only sources on the Internet. Participants not only
answer the questions, but also indicate the paths they took to find
the answers (so someone else can reproduce the results). They submit
their answers to the person who posted the questions who then posts
summaries of the responses with comments. Well, I hope this INT-LAW
Internet Hunt will give us a chance to find out what's on the Internet
related to foreign, comparative and international law, the many
different ways to find the information, any "jewels"/best Internet
sites, and have some fun too!

The questions are listed below. If you're interested in participating, you
have until Thursday, September 9th, to submit answers and how you found them
to me (my e-mail address is below). After that date, I'll post the best
answers and paths taken (including intriguing, new or imaginative ones). The
individual or team that submits the most correct answers will be the winner.

Honor will also be bestowed on those with really good, thorough, and or
innovative responses to any one of the questions. You don't have to submit
answers to all the questions. In fact, I encourage partial responses (do the
question or questions that interest you and send me the answers). You will
get credit if I like your answer to a question.

on what topic(s)?

disabled children?

15. Find a discussion of the Norwegian law concerning homosexual marriage.

16. What is the topic covered in Title 6 of the Maastricht Treaty?

And two bonus questions (ones I don't know the answer to and I'm not sure if
sources on the Internet would answer):

2. How can I find the scores of soccer ("football") games for European and
Latin American teams?

Have fun!
Bonne chance!
