This is a note to alert all subscribers to the Daily Journal
Court Rules set of a mistake in volume VII, Northern California, U.S. Supreme
Court Rules.
Rule 8, "Disbarment and Disciplinary Action", is missing subsection 2.
The Daily Journal has been notified of the mistake, and will make the
changes in their October mailing. For the correct text, check USCA, title
28, in the pocket part.
