Apologies if you get this more than once; I seem to be having technical
difficulties.
Is anyone aware of a current 50-state survey of laws governing contests,
sweepstakes, prize promotions, etc., held by commercial entities (as
opposed to state lotteries, or fundraiser raffles for nonprofits)? I've
tried OCLC-EPIC, BIP, LRI, Nyberg's Subject Compilations of State Laws,
and several advertisers' associations, with no luck.
Businesses run contests all the time; it seems there must be some updated
compilation out there. Thanks for any help!
