Stumped by NAIPIL News

Does anyone know what the "NAIPIL News" is? An attorney gave me a
photocopied page, all he has, and has asked me to subscribe. I can't
verify the title. I'll describe what I have.
The title is at the bottom left. The page number, Page 12, is at
the bottom right. The page contains two articles. The first is headlined
"Insurer Not Necessary Party in Subrogation Action" and concerns an
insurance case, 145 FRD 102 (D. Ariz. 1992). The second is headlined
"Identity of Interests Must Appear before Contribution Required" and
concerns another insurance case, 120 Ariz. Adv. Rep. 3, 838 P2d 1353 (App.
1992).
I assume this publication reports on insurance cases. I have
checked print and online sources for publications and associations with no
luck. I have also made several interesting phone calls but still don't
have verification. I guessed it might be local to Ariz. but I talked
to an Arizona librarian, and still haven't found it.
I would really appreciate any information you might have.

By the way, the attorney is unable to tell me where he got the
page. He's certain from that page, however, that we must order the
publication.
