subscribe CALI-L <Your first name> <Your last name>
Note that the name of the list is CALI-L, not CALI-1 (that's the 12th
letter of the alphabet, not the first positive integer), and you should use
your regular first and last name, not an e-mail address. If you still have
trouble, send me a message and I can put you on the list.
