Report on paralegal use fees

Folks:
I promised to summarize for the list when I asked about any law
school libraries that were charging paralegal schools for use of the
library. Unfortunately, I only received one response that was useful.
Many other people were interested in any results I might get. Let me
ask one more time:

Are there any academic libraries out there charging any sort of
use or access fees to paralegal schools using your library? If so, what
is the formula for figuring the fee? What was the response of the
paralegal schools? Did it decrease use? How did your faculty or students
respond? How well has it worked, and are there administrative pitfalls?

I have found the article from some years ago on Golden Gate's
usage fees, which included fees charged to paralegals. But, I don't see
anything else in the literature ("Fees for Service: The Golden Gate University
Law Library Membership Plan," Carter & Pagel, 77 Law Lib. J. 243-274).
