Someone on this list was looking for what they descirbed as a decision
2-3 months old about aboriginal land claims in Australia (I think it was
someone from BYU but I accidentally discarded the message.) I'm visiting
the ANU Law School this summer and I believe the decision the faculty
member is seeking is Mabo v. Queensland, 107 Australian Law Reports 1
(1992), a very controversial decision of considerably more than three months ago but
which has caused considerably more debate over the last three months as the Government tries to legislate the results of the decision. Sorry to bore the whole ,list
with this answer. If the person who wanted this information contacts me
directly I can expound further.
