Perhaps one of you knows the source of this quotation (paraphrased) "Law is
that commands us to do good and forbids us to do evil." I've looked in my
small collection of legal quotations and have phrase searched on-line with no
success. My patron, a retired judge, thinks it's Cicero, but won't swear on
