Tracking Down a Quote Source!!!

Charles Kingsley (English poet and novelist, 1819-1875) said "There
are two freedoms, the false where one is free to do what he likes, and
the true where he is free to do what he ought." Can anyone help me
find the source of this quote? I have checked Roget's as well as Lexis
and Westlaw with no luck. Any help, as always, would be greatly
appreciated.
