This message is crossposted to INT-LAW, LAW-LIB, LAWSCH-L,
NET-LAWYERS, ILSA-L and ALL-OF-ELSA today - Sorry for cluttering
your mailboxes once again!

Dear fellow internauts!

A big THANK YOU to all of you who helped me finding material on
Products Liability in the U.S.!

You are great!

Two of my friends, who join me as members of the seminar introducing
american law have asked me to ask YOU to help them...

---> Brigitte Knocke is preparing a comparison between German and
U.S. federalism. She is interested particularly in the states'
       positions.

---> Tania Rauscher's task is to provide an overview of the
development of the death penalty in the U.S. since the 1950's.

So, if anyone of you generous souls has anything she or he thinks helps,
please send a mail to *my* address, since neither of my friends has an
account.

Waiting for your answers,

Birger
