I've been asked to find (if possible) national government procurement
guidelines regarding small business (i.e., bid preference? percentage of
business that must go to small business? etc.) for at least 5 national governm
ents. Doesn't matter which governments. The patron is trying to compare
requirements for another nation that is trying to set them up. I'm really
stuck on this one.... I've tried NEXIS and DIALOG, I don't have access to
LEXIS. TIA.
