I am trying to find a copy of what is popularly known as the "Fowler Report."
The title is U.S. _Task Force on Promoting Increased Foreign Investment in
United States Corporate Securities and Increased Foreign Financing for
United States Corporations Operating Abroad_. It was a report submitted
to President Johnson in 1964. It is 36 pages. It is not located in the
_Monthly Catalog_. The LCCN is 64-61361. The SuDoc that was assigned to
