Ray,
     Thanks for the clarification. As I stated before, all of
your points concerning outside contractors are excellent, and I
am glad to see that you did not intend to cast aspersions on the
fired B&M staff. Thanks also for identifying the consultant
(Price Waterhouse); that's a useful piece of information.
