Articles on sexual harassment and litigation risks for various professions

One of our attorneys is interested in articles and/or law
reviews on the following two topics:

        1. The prevalance of sexual harassment in previously
        male-dominated professions.

        2. Litigation risks associated with various professions.
Any articles which contain statistics regarding the number of
verdicts, judgments, lawsuits would be great. I am especially
interested in office workers in a variety of professions (e.g.
insurance agents, travel agents, public relations firms,
        property managers.)

I have searched Nexis and Westlaw as well as Current Law
Index. I thought that perhaps a think tank such as Rand or the Brookings
Institute would publish articles or studies on topics such as these.
Any ideas/suggestions?

Also, at the risk of wearing out my welcome, I am submitting my
obscure reference question of the week. I am looking for the appendix
to House of Representatives document No. 157, from the 77th Congress,
1st Session, 1941. The document is a letter from the Secretary of War
transmitting a report and illustrations relating to the Arkansas River
at Tulsa, OK and the Flood Control Act of 1936. I have located the
actual document at various libraries but cannot locate appendix 1
referenced in the original report. Any ideas about which libraries or
archives would be likely to have the appendix? Many thanks in advance.
