"New York" Convention = Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement
of Foreign Arbitral Awards, signed in New York on 6-10-58; found

"Panama" Convention - Inter-American Convention on International
Commercial Arbitration, signed in Panama on 1-30-75; found on
page IC-52 in Mar-Hub.
