I had to obtain cases from the Official Translations... at one point.
They are not widely available. You will find what you need at Stanford
University Law library and at the Law Library of Congress. The
turnaround time is not very favorable however. Stanford took about one
week with a telephone request and the Law Library of Congress requires
prepayment. You might need to use a document retrieval service if time is a
consideration.
