Use of "United States"

Has anybody ever heard of a law that restricts the use of "United
States" in a company name or corporate name? I have done extensive
searching on both Lexis and Westlaw and located a provision in 18 USCA
709 and 712 which restricts the use of "United States" in corporate names
in the banking, brokerage, and insurance industries. I am trying to
locate other industies that this may also apply to.
