In a previous e-mail we were all alerted to the error in 23 Cal.App.4th -
the fact that they reprinted the table of cases from v. 22.
Well, today we received our replacement copies -- unfortunately they are
exactly the same as the defective copies, erroneous table of cases and all.
Anyone else who requested replacements better check theirs carefully.
(I was wondering why they didn't just print a CORRECT table of cases and
send that out as a paste-in)
