According to Frank Drake:
.
. I checked the law-lib archive, but found nothing, so maybe someone can
. give me aid in my distress.
.
. Has the EEOC's pronouncement, announced March 15, of their revisions to
. the EEOC Compliance Manual definition of disability made it to the
. INTERNET yet.

The document was also published in the BNA Daily Labor Report of March
