I am convinced that the only solution available to this painful and
bitter experience is for librarians and other related personnel to
UNIONIZE themselves. I recognize that unionizing will not be an easy task.
We should be prepared for worse things to happen if we don't change the
way of doing business in this computerized era that we have been so
aggresively promoting urbi et orbi.
