Please cancel my earlier message concerning a style manual for Drafting
Federal Legislation. I do have a lead on the 1989 Style Manual.
My humble apologies to those of you who tried to phone me. I put the
WRONG telephone number in the message. Apparently a BEAUTY SHOP is getting
