AALL - SEATTLE MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - CRIV PUBLISHERS' OPEN FORUM
MEAD DATA CENTRAL PRESIDENT TO SPEAK
At this year's AALL conference in Seattle, the Committee on
Relations with Information Vendors (CRIV) will once again present
an Open Forum with a representative from the legal information
provider industry. This year's speaker will be RODNEY L.
EVERHART, President of Mead Data Central, Inc.
The 1994 Forum will be held immediately following the 1993/94
CRIV Business meeting, scheduled for 3:00 PM on Sunday July 10th
(location to be announced later.)
The Open Forum format provides librarians with the opportunity to
ask questions, as well as offer constructive criticism and
praise, of industry executives. Over the past year, many AALL
members have asked the CRIV to present a speaker from the
electronic publishing division of the legal publishing industry,
so come please come prepared to participate.
If you will be unable to attend the Forum, but have specific
questions you want addressed, please contact the CRIV Chair and
we will make sure your concerns are addressed.
