McGraw, entitled "War of the Citators Continues," on the subject of Shepard's'
recompiling of state Citators, followed (in the same issue) by a response
from Gary D. Spivey of Shepard's -- keep your peepers peeled; I think you'll
agree it makes for interesting reading.
