I am the Faculty Business Manager for the Washington Law Review.
We have never provided dealer discounts for WLR so subscription agents
pay the same rate as if the library dealt with us directly.
The William Hein Co. has asked us to provide WLR to him at a
discount. My questions are these:
[1] Do any law libraries use Hein exclusively so that WLR would
risk loosing your subscription because Hein won't supply WLR to you
unless we give him a discount?
Many libraries subscribe to WLR through FAXON and EBSCO. Just
testing the waters.
