A Wyoming County Judge who recently returned from an U.S. Information
Agency sponsored tour of Albania is planning on recommending in her trip
report that Albania consider codifying and publishing their statutes. [She
reports that currently they are only available is a slip format.] She
would like to include in her recommendation the name of a law librarian
who speaks Albanian and who might be interested in assisting in a
codification effort. If there is anyone who is interested, please contact
