I am trying to obtain a copy of a report prepared by Citizen
Action around 1981. It's title is "Destroying Competition
and Raising Prices: How Big Oil Has Taken Control of
America's Gasoline Markets". I have copies of two
subsequent critiques, however I have not been able to locate
a copy of the initial report. If any of you have this
report, I would appreciate getting a copy.
