Lynx, a WWW client browser, runs on Unix platforms. Therefore, when you
log into your network provider (probably running some version of Unix)
you could run lynx by typing:

$lynx <enter>

This assumes that your network provider has a working copy of Lynx in
your default path. If not, then you can easily download the source code
and compile it to run from your login directory. If you need help doing
this, let me know. There's an FTP site that has the latest version.

Once you get lynx running from your login account, the default home page
will be the Lynx page. But, you can change this to be any default home
page, including one that you design for your attorneys to use. This would
be ideal because you can then "a"dd new links quickly, and edit this page
to present a menu of Internet resources.

Hope this is clear and on point.
