Have you ever wished you could attend a conference, but could not
justify the time or expense to travel to somewhere distant for three days?
Now for the first time, Inherent Technologies presents an electronic
conference for Lawyers and legal professionals that does not require you
to leave the firm and complicate your docket with three absent days spent
on a hotel. Of course, nothing replaces the value of face-to-face
meetings, and this Seminar does not propose a trend for such. However,
there are times when you need or want the information but have no time or
budget for the trip to retrieve it. And think of the money you'll save
over traditional conference attendance!

The Eminar [tm] is the way to do it. Eminars, or electronic
seminars are the new wave of the electronic information age, and Inherent
Technologies has been delivering them now in other forums in various
capacities for over a year.

"INTERNET: The New Railroad" is a month long Eminar wherein the
subscriber will learn the basics of Internet access, the available
resources, and how to leverage their law practice with the Internet.

This "Eminar" will last 4 weeks and comprise an E-mail based
presentation format where the faculty will present materials according to
a Syllabus below, and allow for E-mail questions and answers, thereby
creating threads of thought or focus. The entire month long session will
be compiled and stored into a database to be delivered electronically at
the conclusion. Moreover, there will be printed "proceedings" shipped on
request and available electronically from an Internet Archive Server in
Postscript [R] format for on-demand printing.

We would like to be able to offer CLE for this Eminar, but are
still in the process of making such possible. Future Eminars will
definitely have CLE available.

This On-Line Conference is in NO WAY endorsed or supported by the
American Bar Association, and is exclusively the property and production
of Inherent Technologies, Inc.

Inherent Technologies is both a legal software development company
and a legal information systems consultant. What sets Inherent
substantially apart from other similar businesses, is their unique
qualifications and technology expertise. The vast majority of so-called
consultants rely on some professional legal experience, coupled with some
narrow exposure to software or systems development. Inherent
Technologies, on the other hand, is a unqiue blend of software and systems
engineers and lawyers. Inherent Technologies specializes in
client-server, distributed technologies. They are UNIX experts who
understand network distributed computing, graphical user interfaces,
relational database systems, object-oriented software, and particularly
networking and telecommunications. Inherent Technologies is an
acknowledged leading authority on INTERNET.

We will have some invited guest lecturers drop in and out of
thread sof conversations; well known lawyers and Internet authorities who
can offer their insight, experience, and advice.

This is perhaps one of the great features to an Inherent Eminar:
you gain the benefit of one-on-one interaction within the same context of
a group setting, and you can choose to follow along and interact at your
own pace, on your own schedule, in the convenience, familiarity, and
privacy of your own home or office.
