Have any of you experienced the ridiculous method by which
Matthew Bender sends out their monthly invoices?
I receive EACH PAGE of the eleven page invoice in a
SEPERATELY mailed envelope. Each page has about 15 invoices
listed in numerical order which then continue on the next
sheet, but each of these sheets comes mailed in a
separate envelope! So I must open eleven envelopes and
collate the continuous list of invoices, instead of
receiving one envelope with an 11 page list of invoices.
Matthew Bender is spending ten times more on the cost of
postage, ten times more on envelopes, and ten times more on
the return envelopes and inserts that are included with each
sheet. Who do you think ends up paying for this stupidity?
I complained about this months ago to my Matthew Bender
representative and to someone at the main customer service
number. Neither were aware of this postage problem but said
Matthew Bender was working on new "easier" invoices....
